ENJOY YOUR OWN IN-FIELD MINI MARQUEE WITH FRIENDS

Located in the centre of the racecourse behind the winning post, the Railings Village is the perfect option for entertaining smaller groups of family, friends or clients. You can arrange your own catering and set your own event schedule. Gold Marquees are located on the rail, facing the track, with Silver Marquees set immediately behind. Enjoy the flexibility of combining multiple sites so your guests can mingle in the same vicinity. The maximum site combination is three Silver sites or two Gold sites. For 2011, there is a 25 person requirement per Marquee.

INCLUSIONS:

• 3m x 3m marquee and reserved car park site inside track
• Big screen to watch all the racing action
• Access to tote and bookmakers facilities

NOTE: All beverage and catering within the Railings Village sites are BYO picnic style only. 

* Members’ Pedestrian Passes are complimentary upon proof of Membership.
A Non-Member Pedestrian Pass includes general admission, yet does not permit access to the Members’ Reserve. However, access to Members’ Reserve is not required for the Railings Village.

Railings Village bookings must be made by a current 2011/2012 MRC Member.
All correspondence will be directed to this Member only as they will be solely responsible for the organisation of their Marquee.
