Bringing Guests
ANNUAL GUEST PASS
The Annual Guest Pass is fully transferable and offers racecourse admission and access to the Members’ Reserve* on all race days held at Caulfield and Betfair Park. This pass provides the most cost effective way to regularly bring family and friends to the races. It is also the only way a Member can bring a Victorian resident as a guest on BMW Caulfield Cup Day * Limit one (1) per Member.
FULL AND YOUNG DAILY MEMBERS’ RESERVE GUEST PASSES
Full and Young Members are eligible to introduce guests into the Members’ Reserve on all race days
Please Note:
• Daily Members’ Reserve Guest Passes do not include racecourse admission
• Purchase limits and conditions apply per Member per race day
JUNIOR DAILY MEMBERS’ RESERVE GUEST PASSES
Full Members are eligible to introduce junior guests into the Members’ Reserve on all race days. Daily Junior Members’ Reserve Guest Passes are required for all children aged 5-17 years to enter the Members’ Reserve.
The Full Member is at all times responsible for the behaviour of their Junior Guest.
Young Members are ineligible to purchase Daily Junior Members Reserve Guest Passes.
Full Members with children aged 5-12 years that are Members’ of Clip Clop Club qualify for complimentary Daily Junior Guest Passes on all race days excluding The Age Caulfield Guineas Day, BMW Caulfield Cup Day and Arrowfield Stud Blue Diamond Stakes Day.
BMW CAULFIELD CUP DAY
• Special conditions apply on BMW Caulfield Cup Day
• Daily Members’ Reserve Guest Passes can only be purchased on the race day – pre-purchase is not available
• Members’ guests must reside interstate or overseas
• A proof of residency must be presented at time of purchase
• ie Drivers Licence or Passport identification
• A purchase limit of two (2) Daily Members’
• Reserve Guest Passes applies per Member
