Employee numbers peak during the Spring Racing Carnival, when approximately 700 additional casuals are recruited to support our most busiest and exciting time of the year!

With our own Catering department for racedays, private functions and Tabarets at both Caulfield and Betfair Park – the Melbourne Racing Club provides regular opportunities for approximately 800 casual hospitality employees. These roles include:
