MELBOURNE RACING CLUB JOINS A WINNING TEAM
TO SHOWCASE MELBOURNE SPORT

The Melbourne Racing Club is honoured to be a founding member of TEAMelbourne, an alliance of prominent sporting clubs in Victoria's capital city, which was officially launched at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre at Southbank on 12, June 2007.

Joining the Melbourne Racing Club as founding members in the alliance are the Melbourne Football Club, Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club, Melbourne Tigers Basketball Club and Netball Victoria. La Trobe University has also been welcomed as a Foundation Partner in the higher education sector.

TEAMelbourne is defined by sport, entertainment and community - and the vision to be a respected world leader in those areas is what TEAMelbourne will collaboratively work towards.

TEAMelbourne also will provide a gateway to Melbourne's premier sporting clubs, entertainment, attractions and events.
