The Promenade Room

The Promenade Room is situated on Level 2 of the Rupert Clarke Grandstand and hosts uninterrupted views of the racecourse. This comfortable and spacious surround is perfectly suited to anything from a sporting dinner to a black tie event. Dress it up or dress it down, this flexible room can be designed to suit your individual requirements. The Promenade Room can reduce in size to hold as little as 300 guests, or expand to hold up to 1000 guests for a banquet dinner .

With a massive 1,950 square metres, the Promenade Room can host any type of conference or seminar. Utilize the 2 large built in screens and the inhouse PA system to present to your delegates with ease. Operate the public end of the Promenade Room as a trade display, catering, registration, breakout area, the choice is yours! This spacious room can adopt a wide variety of floor plans. The Promenade holds up to 1000 delegates in theatre style or 600 delegates in open cabaret style.
