Committee Room

The Committee Room is situated on Level 3 of the Rupert Clarke Grandstand and has outstanding panoramic views of both the racecourse and Melbourne's city skyline. Coupled with a stylish adjoining foyer, perfect for pre-dinner drinks, The Committee Room creates the ideal setting for your next banquet. The Committee Room can hold between 120-320 guests for a banquet dinner.

Boasting 700 usable square meters, the Committee Room has the flexibility to cater for any conference set up. Day catering is supplied in the adjourning restaurant, giving your delegates a much needed break. The Committee Room can hold up to 400 delegates in theatre style or 280 delegates in open cabaret style.
